Brendan Lockerby - Owner

Brendan graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. He enjoys the process of landscape construction and adding new outdoor spaces to homes for clients to enjoy.

We are able to offer an experience that larger firms can't compete with. Brendan will be your point of contact from the first consultation, all the way until the last invoice of season. Quality is something that always seems to get lost the bigger you get.

Our Story

Small Beginnings

From 2012 - 2018 Brendan was in middle school and high school mowing lawns during the summer and after cross country practice. If he was lucky, his grandma would drive him between houses. The entrepreneurial spirit was born, and Brendan grew his client base locally around Downers Grove at the time. Most clients are still with us today!

Growth and Expansion

After graduating from Illinois with a degree in landscape architecture, the expansion of Cut Right began. We added to our service offerings with our Design - Build division. We also fine tuned our maintenance services to focus on full service maintenance.

Today Cut Right Landscape serves both residential and commercial clients throughout Chicago's Western Suburbs. Our crews specialize in Design - Build, Full Service Maintenance, Enhancements and Snow Services. We also have a readily equipped snow fleet to keep our commercial clients safe and businesses open in the wintertime.
